Safety

Safety is our number one priority. Accidents are costly to everyone involved including the employee, the employer, and the owner. We take safety seriously from the top down. Each worker is required to use PPE for the job they are doing. Most, if not all, of our employees have first aid and CPR training. In addition, all employees either have or are scheduled to complete the 10-hour OSHA construction safety course within 14 days of hire. All employees with over five years of service have the 30-hour OSHA construction safety course.

Webb Electric Company is dedicated to providing quality projects which meet the contract specifications. Government agencies, as well as the private sector, are moving toward best value awards rather than the lowest bidder. We have found that owners are looking for a quality product for a reasonable price. As a result of our commitment to quality and integrity, there are several US government facilities in which we have performed multiple contracts over a 3- to 10-year period. For us to be at a single facility for 10 years speaks to our commitment to quality.
