Qualifications
Mr. Lukkar has been an estimator and project manager on electrical construction projects for more than 25 years. Mr. Lukkar's management experience includes electric hospital renovations, airport lighting systems, and several large 15kV and 35kV electrical distribution projects. These projects involved furnishing, installing, splicing and terminating both PILC and EPR medium voltage cables.
In addition, these projects involved the provision, installation, testing, and start-up of 15KV metal clad switchgear, pad mounted transformers, and various other switching and control items of equipment.
Early in his career his Management duties included on site Quality Control Manager. For the last 20 years he has performed as Project Manager and in some cases as Alternate QC Manager with duties of submittal review and approval, contract review, purchasing, expediting, contract management, and claims avoidance. Generally, contracts under Mr. Lukkar's management are in the $500,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 price range. |
